Once the venue is chosen, we can continue by your side. We adapt to the destination you choose to accompany you throughout the entire process, and if the wedding takes place in Spain, we can also take on the full organization of the big day.

Our recommendation is:

  • Full wedding planning (Spain and destination weddings): at least 12 months in advance.
  • Design and coordination: between 3 and 6 months before the wedding.
  • Pre-wedding and post-wedding: it's not necessary to decide on these from the very beginning. You can add them later, when the project is further along and you have a clearer understanding of your priorities and the type of celebration you want to extend.

Working with enough time allows us to focus on the design, control the pace, and make decisions calmly and thoughtfully.

We screen suppliers, oversee contracts, anticipate potential issues, and structure each step to ensure a clear and seamless organization.

We take care of the overall wedding planning and coordinate all the suppliers involved, whether or not they are affiliated with the venue: transportation, hair and makeup, decoration, music, timings, guests… Everything is part of the same machine and needs a single point of contact to run smoothly.

On the wedding day, we are at the forefront, coordinating every detail and resolving anything necessary so that you don't have to worry about a thing and can enjoy yourselves with peace of mind, knowing that everything is under control.

A professional wedding planner doesn't replace the venue team; they complement them. And when both work in alignment, the wedding is so much better.

No. At Boda y Miel, we design the decorative proposal and coordinate the setup, but the materials (purchased or rented) are contracted specifically for each wedding.

In this way, each project is unique and does not follow repeated formulas.

Yes. We suggest suppliers that best suit your style, needs, and type of wedding, but the final decision is always yours. Our role is to advise and provide guidance so you can make an informed decision.

If there's a vendor you already have a connection with or one you're particularly excited about, we're happy to discuss it. We'll assess each case to see how it fits into the overall picture and, as long as it makes sense for your wedding.

Each supplier is responsible for setting up their own service (lighting, sound, etc.).

Our team coordinates all setups to ensure they are completed as planned and within the scheduled timeframe.

We recommend at least one visit, if possible, to see the space and meet some of the vendors in person. If that's not possible, we work seamlessly remotely via video calls and virtual tours. We'll adapt to your situation.

Sabemos que organizar una boda genera muchas dudas. Aquí respondemos a las más habituales para que tengáis una visión clara de cómo trabajamos en Boda y Miel.

Nuestra recomendación es:

  • Organización integral de bodas (España y destino): mínimo 12 meses antes.
  • Diseño y coordinación: entre 3 y 6 meses antes de la boda.
  • Preboda y postboda: no es necesario decidirlo desde el primer momento. Podéis incorporarlos más adelante, cuando el proyecto esté más avanzado y tengáis claras vuestras prioridades y el tipo de celebración que queréis alargar.

Nuestra prioridad sois vosotros y vuestra experiencia, desde el primer momento hasta después del gran día.

Nos encargamos de la planificación global de la boda y de coordinar a todos los proveedores implicados, estén o no vinculados al venue: transporte, maquillaje y peluquería, decoración, música, tiempos, invitados… Todo forma parte del mismo engranaje y necesita una dirección única para que funcione con fluidez.

El día de la boda estamos al frente, coordinando cada pieza y resolviendo lo que haga falta para que vosotros no tengáis que ocuparos de nada y podáis disfrutar con tranquilidad, sabiendo que todo está bajo control.

Una wedding planner profesional no sustituye al equipo del espacio, lo complementa.Y cuando ambos trabajan alineados, la boda se vive mucho mejor.

No. En Boda y Miel diseñamos la propuesta decorativa y coordinamos el montaje, pero el material (comprado o alquilado) se contrata específicamente para cada boda.

De esta forma, cada proyecto es único y no responde a fórmulas repetidas.

Sí. Os proponemos a los proveedores que mejor encajan con vuestro estilo, necesidades y tipo de boda, pero la decisión final siempre es vuestra.
Nuestro papel es asesorar y aportar criterio para que decidáis con seguridad.

Si hay algún proveedor con el que ya tenéis vínculo o que os hace especial ilusión, lo hablamos sin problema. Valoramos cada caso para ver cómo encaja dentro del conjunto y, siempre que tenga sentido para vuestra boda.

Cada proveedor se encarga del montaje de su servicio (iluminación, sonido, etc.).

Nuestro equipo coordina todos los montajes para que se realicen según lo planificado y dentro de los tiempos previstos.

Recomendamos al menos una visita si es posible, para conocer el espacio y algunos proveedores en persona. Si no lo es, trabajamos sin problema a distancia mediante videollamadas y visitas virtuales. La organización se adapta a vuestra situación.
